Experience: Mostly experienced players that have played 1-2 years, a scattering of newer players. Communication: Vent, Forums, Yahoo! Messenger Management Style: All permanent members are officers. Mules remain members, and new members are members until one of the 'senior' officers is content they will stay and are trustworthy. This period of time can last anywhere to a few minutes to weeks. This management style is because the guild is a family like setting, and everyone has a voice, are equal and has an ability to extend an invite. Looking for: Maturity, meaning you know when to stfu and not cause drama, not constantly expressing your guttermouth 24/7. Basically knowing the better part of discretion. Laid-back gamers. Fun > everything. If you are an elitest or tend to snub players of other skill levels, you need not apply. A sense of humor and an open mind are a must. No moochs, no whiners. |
